Role Overview
The Test Manager sits above individual vendor test teams, responsible for proving that the programme works as one system rather than as a set of separately certified parts. His/her primary role is to prove end-to-end quality and release readiness across a multi-vendor, multi-system landscape.

What You'll Be Doing

• Define test strategy and governance spanning all vendors and IT workstreams
• End-to-end and system integration testing across interfaces
• Cross-vendor/system defect ownership, triage and escalation
• Test environment and test data management across interconnected systems
• Entry/exit criteria and release readiness (go/no-go)
• Non-functional testing (performance, resilience, security) at the integrated-system level
• Test automation strategy and tooling consistency across vendors
• UAT coordination across business and vendor boundaries
