Role Overview
We are looking for a Network Engineer for our client. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining network infrastructure, monitoring network performance, and resolving communication and connectivity issues. You will work with both internal teams and external service providers to ensure the organization's network remains secure, stable, and efficient

What You'll Be Doing

  • Configure and manage network devices such as Cisco routers and switches according to predefined standards.
  • Monitor network systems and communication circuits, ensuring continuous uptime and reliability.
  • Identify and troubleshoot network faults, outages, and performance issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with telecom providers to report, track, and resolve connectivity incidents.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams for the installation and maintenance of network equipment.
  • Analyze network reports and take proactive measures to optimize performance and prevent issues.


What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience as a Network Engineer or in a related IT infrastructure role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer networks and Cisco networking equipment.
  • Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent practical expertise.
  • Solid understanding of network monitoring tools and incident management processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to manage data and reports effectively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.


Nice to Haves

  • Experience with network automation or scripting, especially using Python.
  • Familiarity with advanced Cisco technologies (e.g., routing protocols, VLANs, VPNs).
  • Exposure to network security practices and firewall management.
